I went to Medical School at the University of Missouri-Columbia and did my residency at Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. I then practiced in a rural community in southwest Missouri where I not only saw patients in the office but also attended high-risk deliveries, provided newborn resuscitation and took care of children in the hospital. After practicing there for five years my husband and I decided to move to Colorado, a place we have always wanted to live! My husband is a pharmacist, and we have a five-year-old son. We love to ski, hike and bike and really enjoy the Colorado lifestyle.
