What an honor and an opportunity it is for me to care for women and be involved in the dynamic process that occurs in their lives: from the early transition of puberty to childbearing and the eventual throes (and woes) of the menopausal years; to have such diversity in a single specialty is what initially attracted me to this field. Not only have I enjoyed the diversity of being a specialist in OB/Gyn, I have also had the pleasure of diversity where I have practiced; seven years spent with the Indian Health Service and working on the Navajo Indian reservation has added depth to my experience as well as in insight to the needs of the underserved in medicine. I truly love my job, and I look forward to each day that I am able to care for and treat my patients. I also feel very fortunate to work with such an excellent group of physicians and staff.
