Growing up in New Mexico as the daughter of educators, I was introduced early to the joy of working with families to provide a bright future for children.  As a pediatrician, I have the opportunity to support parents to raise healthy, happy children.  Being bilingual also allows me to care for the needs of our Spanish speaking families.  I moved with my family to Colorado Springs in 2008 to be near family and to partake in the wealth of outdoor activities the area has to offer.  My husband and I enjoy bicycling, camping, skiing and most of all, experiencing new adventures through the eyes of our two children.
