As an internist, I have always been intrigued by the challenging diseases, and management complexities we face each day. Hypertension, diabetes, obesity and lipid disorders are some of my interests; I am fascinated by the positive impact exercise and weight loss has, on each of these diseases. My degree in Masters in Public Health has helped me focus more on preventative aspects, and my certification in Lipidology by the American Board of Clinical Lipidology, has further reinforced my interest in lipid management issues. I like to spend my spare time with family and friends, and I enjoy nature, listening to music and traveling.
